The Accounts Assistant role in the property industry requires a detail-oriented individual to support the Accounting & Finance department. This temporary position in Wilmslow offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a professional organisation.

Client Details

The organisation is a successful and well established Property company in Wilmslow who are currently going through an exciting period of growth. They have recently moved to brand new luxury offices and offer an excellent work environment.

Description

The Accounts Assistant role is initially a temporary assignment and will be full time office based in Wilmslow:

  • Assist with daily financial transactions, including processing Accounts Payable invoices and payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Respond to financial queries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

In order to apply for the role you should:

  • Have previous experience in end to end Purchase Ledger and Accounts Payable
  • Ideally Have Xero experience
  • Be able to commute to Wilmslow office
  • Be able to consider a temporary role initially
