Are you an experienced People Advisor looking to join a fast-growing professional services firm? We're seeking a proactive and knowledgeable People Advisor to join our People team and deliver expert HR support to diverse stakeholder groups. This is a 12 month FTC based in Birmingham City Centre 3 days a week.
Description
Provide end-to-end HR support across the employee life-cycle, from on-boarding to exit
Manage employee relations cases including performance management, disciplinary and grievance investigations
Support key people processes such as bonus and salary reviews and appraisal moderation
Partner with leaders on engagement, well-being, diversity and inclusion initiatives
Collaborate closely with specialist teams across reward, D&I, and well-being
Profile
Strong experience in performance management and employee relations investigations
Confidence managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment
