Description

Prepare and analyse cost reports to support decision-making processes.
Monitor and control manufacturing costs to ensure budgetary compliance.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate financial data.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for the Accounting & Finance team.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies for implementation.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

Profile

A successful Cost Accountant should have:

A recognised qualification in accounting or finance.
Proven experience in cost accounting within the FMCG industry.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
The ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
A proactive approach to identifying and solving financial challenges.

Job Offer

Competitive salary between GBP 50,000 and GBP 55,000.
